Who are we
We are building a world where sustainable water use becomes the obvious choice.
In addition to core human values such as honesty and integrity, the following six values guide us in our collective progress and are at the heart of our decision-making.
The desire to contribute
We are committed to helping others advance by sharing our expertise, time, energy, creativity and vision.
Learn as if our life depended on it.
We believe that our mission can only be accomplished if our knowledge is up to par. Learning is therefore a constant requirement in our daily lives.
Emotional intelligence
By learning to understand ourselves better and interact more effectively with others, we foster productive and lasting collaboration.
The willingness to do whatever is necessary
By unifying vision, planning, focus and perseverance, we do everything in our power to achieve our goals and keep our commitments.
Resourcefulness
We face challenges that are not taught in school. We need to be creative and find innovative solutions to overcome them, which is crucial to our shared success.
Communication
We first seek to understand before wanting to be understood. Effective communication is essential to solving the right problems, meeting our customers' real priorities and making our work more enjoyable.
